- Commercial Cleaning: Office cleaning, retail space maintenance, post-construction cleanup
- Specialized Services: Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, appliance cleaning
- Additional Services: Organizing, laundry, and other household tasks as agreed

- Quality Assurance: We strive to meet high cleaning standards on every visit
- Eco-Friendly: Use of environmentally safe cleaning products when possible
- Professional Staff: Trained, bonded, and insured cleaning professionals
- Custom Solutions: Tailored cleaning plans to meet specific needs
3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Property Preparation
- Access: Provide safe and legal access to the property during scheduled times
- Security: Secure valuable items and inform us of any special handling requirements
- Safety: Ensure the property is safe for our staff to work in
- Pets: Secure pets during cleaning to ensure safety of all parties
Communication
- Accurate Information: Provide correct contact details and property information
- Special Instructions: Communicate any specific cleaning requirements or restrictions
- Feedback: Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Schedule Changes: Notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance
Prohibited Activities
- Requesting cleaning of hazardous materials or biohazardous waste
- Asking staff to perform tasks outside the agreed scope of work
- Inappropriate behavior toward our cleaning professionals
- Using our services for illegal activities
4. Booking & Payment
Our booking and payment processes are designed for your convenience:
Booking Process
- Scheduling: Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Confirmation: All bookings require written confirmation via email or SMS
- Estimates: Pricing estimates are based on information provided and may be adjusted
- Availability: Service availability depends on scheduling and staff capacity
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Cash, bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards accepted
- Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
- Late Fees: Accounts overdue by 30 days may incur a 2% monthly late fee
- Disputed Charges: Must be reported within 7 days of service completion
Pricing
- Estimates: Initial quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions
- Additional Work: Extra services beyond the original scope will be charged separately
- Travel Charges: May apply for locations outside our standard service area
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Cancellation & Refunds

- 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance
- 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% of the service fee may be charged
- Less than 12 Hours: Full service fee may be charged
- No-Show: Full service fee will be charged for missed appointments
Refund Policy
- Service Issues: Full refund available if we cannot resolve quality concerns
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for partially completed services due to circumstances beyond our control
- Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method
Rescheduling
- Free Rescheduling: Available with 24+ hours notice
- Weather Delays: No charge for delays due to severe weather conditions
- Emergency Situations: Flexible rescheduling for genuine emergencies
6. Liability & Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and clearly define liability terms:

- Bonding: All staff are bonded for theft protection
- Workers' Compensation: Coverage for employee injuries on the job

Liability Limitations
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the cost of the affected service
- Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for damage that existed before our service
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from cleaning is not covered
- Notification: Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours

- Property Condition: Inform us of any fragile or valuable items requiring special care
- Safe Environment: Ensure the property is safe for our staff to work
- Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate property details
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights are clearly defined and protected:

- Personal Use: You may view and print content for personal reference
- Reviews: You may reference our services in honest reviews and testimonials
- Social Media: Appropriate sharing of our content with proper attribution
Prohibited Use
- Commercial use of our content without written permission
- Reproducing or distributing our proprietary information
- Using our trademarks or branding for other businesses
- Reverse engineering our methods or processes
8. Dispute Resolution
